Inspired to complete this by Jim C.and shamed by my lack of activity at Vox — I've included two covers as my favorite album art. One I think is beautiful and haunting and the other is poignant. I couldn't pick my absolute favorite so I'll just jump right in:
Band of Horses – Cease to Begin
Something about this cover is interesting to me. It's peaceful and lonely at the same time. Introspective and quiet – I like it.
Default – One Thing Remains
This one speaks more to the feelings we've all felt of loss and of being foresaken. Though the cover implies destruction, I don't really get that vibe from the music. I really like the cover.
